This has the patina of truth and reflects the difficulty of profitable trading.  Good stocks get expensive, and more difficult to buy.  Bad stocks get cheaper, and harder to sell.  This is the way of the market, and until ones psychology is attuned to this phenomena, trading will cause emotional turbulence.
