  1. Chuckles, delightful quote. Keynes failed a civil service exam and later stated it was because he knew more about economics than the testers. Delightful quotes. The study of politics is to question who gets what, when, where are why. It appears Mr. Keynes commodifies freedom and justice. Bright thing to do considering one can see the effects of their percieved denial or application, particularly when coaching little league softball.
